Early Life and Education

Magzhan Kabylbekovich Kabylbekov was born on September 10, 1923, in Lenin Village, Pavlodar Region. From a young age, he exhibited an eagerness for learning, completing multiple grade levels in a single year. In 1938, at the age of 15, he graduated from Pavlodar Pedagogical College, earning a teaching certificate in Kazakh language and literature.

Teaching Career

Joлкудук School (1938-1980)

Kabylbekov began his teaching career at the Joлкудук Primary School in 1938. In 1941, he was appointed vice principal and, in 1942, became the principal. Under his leadership, the school underwent significant growth, transforming from a primary school to a seven-year school and eventually a secondary school.

Kanasha Kamzina School (1966-1999)

In 1966, at Kabylbekov's initiative, the school was renamed in honor of Kanasha Kamzina, a Hero of the Soviet Union. In 1956, he completed his degree in Kazakh Language and Literature from Semipalatinsk Pedagogical Institute named after N. Krupskaya.

Kabinetnaya System Implementation

In the 1980s, Kabylbekov implemented the Kabinetnaya system of instruction, equipping classrooms with state-of-the-art technology. In 1979, the school received medals and diplomas from the USSR Exhibition of Economic Achievements for its innovative use of this system.

Public and Political Engagements

Kabylbekov was actively involved in public and political life. He served as a deputy in the Chkalov Rural Council and the Yermakov District Council of People's Deputies. He was a delegate to party conferences, a member of the Yermakov District Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan, and a participant in several significant educational and trade union conferences.
