He obtained his higher education from Odessa Institute of Politology and Social Management. He also holds a degree in Economics from Donetsk State University. His professional career commenced at the Mariupol Trade Port, where he held various positions, including ordinary engineer, head of the cargo district, and deputy head of the port for economics.
Tenure as Mariupol Sea Commercial Port Head
In November 1998, he was appointed as the Head of the Mariupol Sea Commercial Port. During his tenure, he significantly contributed to the port's operations and development.
Honors and Recognition
He was awarded the honorary title of "Honored Worker of Transport of Ukraine" and holds a Candidate of Technical Sciences degree. Furthermore, he received the Orders "For Merit" of the 3rd and 2nd degrees, along with numerous other governmental and public honors.
