Biography of Michael Oliver
Michael Oliver is a former child actor who gained fame for his role as Junior in the comedy film "Problem Child" (1990). Born in 1979, Michael began his career at the age of two as a model for the "Sears" catalog. By the age of six, he appeared in a "Chevron" commercial, wearing glasses and having his voice dubbed. It was in this commercial that a casting agent noticed him for the role of Junior in the film "Problem Child". The search for the right child actor for this role had been going on for six months, and Michael was found through his advertising agency. Within a few days, he was approved for the role.
A Rocky Path
Michael's journey in Hollywood was not without its challenges. His mother, Diana Pounds, who also served as his manager, derailed his career. During the filming of "Problem Child 2", she began to blackmail the producers by threatening to remove Michael from the set unless a new contract was signed, increasing his salary from $80,000 to $500,000. "Universal" filed a lawsuit against her, and the Supreme Court jury ruled that the contract was invalid. They also determined that Diana and Michael were obligated to repay the studio an amount ranging from $250,000 to $80,000, as per the original agreement.
After the completion of filming, Michael and his mother faced financial difficulties. He fell into a pit of debt, becoming a drug user and making unpaid purchases.
Later Career
Following his troubled years, Michael went on to have a few roles in various television shows such as "Amen," "Platypus Man," and "Drexell's Class". His last film role was in "Dillinger and Capone" (1995). However, Michael's artistic aspirations led him to form a rock band, although it was so unpopular that it remains unnamed in history. He also briefly joined bands such as "The Samples" and "Nural".
As Michael grew older, he became increasingly frustrated with being recognized on the street. He would often shout at his fans and rarely gave autographs. In an attempt to change his appearance, the former actor even grew a magnificent red beard. At present, the 27-year-old "Problem Child" has completely disappeared from the public eye. His whereabouts are unknown, and little is known about his personal life.
