Early Life and Career
Mitchel Musso is an American actor, singer, and musician. He is best known for his roles as Oliver Oken on the Disney Channel sitcom "Hannah Montana," Brady on the Disney XD series "Pair of Kings," and as the voice of Jeremy Johnson in the animated series "Phineas and Ferb."
Musso made his feature film debut in the 2004 movie "Secondhand Lions," co-starring with his brother Marc. In 2005, he played Raymond Figg in the television film "Life is Ruff" and Josh Whitley in "Walker, Texas Ranger: Trial by Fire," alongside Chuck Norris and Selena Gomez.
Disney Stardom
From 2006 to 2011, Musso portrayed Oliver Oken in the hit series "Hannah Montana." He also voiced Jeremy Johnson, the boyfriend of Phineas and Ferb's sister Candace, in the animated series "Phineas and Ferb" from 2007 to 2014.
Musical Endeavors
Musso has recorded several songs for Disney soundtracks, including a cover of "Lean on Me" for the movie "Snow Buddies" and the duet "Let It Go" with Tiffany Thornton for "Hatching Pete."
In 2009, he released his debut album, "Mitchel Musso." The album debuted at number 19 on the Billboard 200. He followed up with a second album, "Brainstorm," in 2010.
"Pair of Kings" and Controversy
In late 2009, Musso and Doc Shaw landed the lead roles in the new Disney XD series "Pair of Kings." Filming began in March 2010, but Musso departed from the series after the third season due to an arrest for driving under the influence.
Post-Disney Career
Following his exit from Disney, Musso continued to pursue his music and acting career. He released several singles on YouTube and toured with his brother Mason's band, Metro Station.
In recent years, Musso has had guest roles in television shows such as "The Goldbergs" and "Modern Family." He has also voiced characters in the animated series "Milo Murphy's Law" and "Big Hero 6: The Series."
