Early Career at Pescara and Juventus

Morgan De Sanctis began his professional career with Pescara in Serie B, where he played for three seasons. In 1999, he joined Juventus but spent two seasons as a backup goalkeeper.

Breakthrough at Udinese

De Sanctis moved to Udinese in 1999 and spent three years as Luigi Turci's understudy. He finally established himself as a regular starter in the 2002/03 season.

Move to Sevilla and Galatasaray

In July 2007, De Sanctis signed for Sevilla in Spain. A year later, he was loaned to Galatasaray in Turkey, where he played in all matches of the Turkish Süper Lig, Champions League, and UEFA Cup.

Return to Italy with Napoli

De Sanctis joined Roma in 2013 and played there for three seasons. He had a memorable start to his Roma career, conceding only once in his first nine matches. In 2016, he moved to Monaco as a free agent and played for one season before retiring.
