Playing Career

Early Career

Murat began his professional football career in 1991 with "Khimik" Belorechensk, where he played 40 matches and scored 14 goals. In 1992, he joined "Kuban" Krasnodar, making 30 appearances and scoring one goal in the league and one in the Russian Cup. He also played a match for "Niva" Slavyansk-na-Kubani.

Success with Kuban

Murat returned to "Kuban" in 1993 and became a key player, scoring 19 goals in 39 league matches. He was the team's top scorer that season. He continued to perform well in the following seasons, scoring 14 goals in both 1994 and 1995.

Later Years

In 1996, Murat joined "Druzhba" Maikop, playing 12 league matches and one in the Russian Cup. He returned to "Niva" Slavyansk in 1997 and played 26 league matches, scoring 16 goals, and two Cup matches. He then moved to Azerbaijan, where he played for "Kyapaz" Ganja and won the league title and the Azerbaijan Cup in 1997/98.

Murat briefly returned to "Kuban" in 1999 before moving to Kazakhstan, where he played for "Yelimay" Semipalatinsk and "Aktobe-Lento" Aktobe. In 2002, he played his final professional season with "Nemkom" in Russia.

Coaching Career

After retiring as a player, Murat began coaching. He worked with "Dynamo" Stavropol from 2006 to 2007, serving as coach, senior coach, and acting head coach.
