Architect was born on February 4, 1968, in the city of Leninogorsk, Tatarstan. In 1990, she graduated from the Kuibyshev Order of the "Badge of Honor" Institute of Civil Engineering and Architecture named after A.I. Mikolna, Faculty of Architecture.
