Early Life and Education

Nicholas Andre Pinnock was born on September 3, 1973, in Balham, London. He is the youngest of three children born to Jamaican parents. After spending his early years in Saudi Arabia, he returned to London with his family. Pinnock's older siblings pursued careers in teaching, while he discovered his passion for acting at a young age.

At the age of 12, Pinnock enrolled in the Corona Stage Academy in Hammersmith. He initially worked as a model in commercials and music videos. He later studied musical theater at the London Studio Centre for three years, realizing his equal love for dance alongside drama. After graduating, he toured with the contemporary dance company Featherstonehaughs for several years.
