Formation and Early Success

In 1996, the rock band "Oborotny Regime" was born. Their first live performance took place on May 9th of that year, marking the band's official debut. The following year, the band released their first album, "Ya Ne Byl na Voyne," featuring songs from their early concert repertoire.

Recognition and Festival Success

In 1998, Oborotny Regime became the silver prize winner at the "O Chem Poeot Baltika" festival, where they performed alongside renowned bands like "Chernye Berety." They continued to be regulars at the festival for several years.

Memorable Performances

1999 was a memorable year for the band, marked by a large solo concert on the helicopter deck of the flagship cruiser "Nastoychivy." The event gained notoriety for the unusual use of a 32-kilogram weight as a bass drum stabilizer. The band also participated in the "Music-Yes, Drugs-No!" campaign in Baltiysk on June 1st.

Album Releases and Tour

In 2002, the band recorded the album "Rozhdestvo," which was released in a limited edition. Its presentation concert took place on February 22, 2003. The same year saw the release of the live album "Vzletel LIVE." In 2003, the band embarked on a tour of the Kaliningrad region with KRMEO "Nadezhda Stoletya."

Internal Conflicts and Disbandment

The band's journey was marked by internal conflicts and disagreements between 1998 and 2003. After the presentation of "Rozhdestvo," the band disbanded. The project "Istok" emerged, but it soon disappeared in early 2004.

Rejuvenation

In 2004, the conflicts within the band were resolved, and they returned to action with renewed vigor. They performed at Kaliningrad in Rock 2004, had a series of tours, and collaborated with the acclaimed band "Kalinov Most."

Recent Activity

Since 2005, the band has focused on studio work and developing their website. Their concert schedule has been selective, prioritizing quality over quantity. Despite the lack of a comprehensive chronicle, their biography has been compiled from available video records.
