Early Life and Education
Olga Krumina (later Mitrevica) was born in Riga, Latvia, on November 17, 1909. Her father, Ansis Kruminš, was a master tailor. Olga attended the 2nd Riga City Gymnasium, graduating in 1927. She subsequently studied at E. Feldmaņis' theatrical courses, completing them in 1931.
Acting Career
Olga Krumina began her acting career in 1931, joining the Dailes Theatre in Riga. She remained with the theater until 1943, when she moved to the A. Upītis Drama Theater, where she stayed until 1961.
Film Debut and TV Roles
In 1954, Krumina made her film debut in "To a New Shore," directed by Leonids Lukovs. She went on to appear in several other films produced by the Riga Film Studio.
Leadership and Activism
In addition to her acting career, Krumina also served as the director of the House of Arts Workers. She was an active member of the Union of Theater Workers and played a significant role in the organization.
Recognition
Olga Krumina was awarded the title of Honored Artist of the Latvian SSR.
