Biography of Olga Rodionova
Modeling CareerOlga Rodionova is a famous Russian photo model, actress, and television host. She gained fame through her revealing nude photoshoots, which resulted in the release of two photo books dedicated to her work as a model, as well as several thematic exhibitions. Additionally, she has appeared on the cover of Playboy and collaborated with renowned photographers in the field of nude photography.

Early Life and Career
Olga Rodionova was born in June 1974 in the capital city of Russia. Her father, a lawyer and police officer by profession, advised her to follow in his footsteps and pursue a legal education. Despite her dream of becoming an actress, Olga respected her father's wishes and pursued a legal career. However, she was unable to become a lawyer due to insufficient exam scores. With the help of her father, Rodionova secured a position as an assistant to the deputy chairman of the Central Bank. After a year, she enrolled in an economics university and graduated in 1996. However, she decided not to work in her field of study and instead became a manager at a trendy clothing boutique. Eventually, she acquired the rights to the boutique and opened her own store, specializing in prestigious clothing by renowned designer Vivienne Westwood. In 2010, due to time constraints, Rodionova closed the store.
Modeling Career
Olga Rodionova's modeling career began relatively late, at the age of 28. Nevertheless, her career developed rapidly and successfully. Her photographs started appearing in famous Western glossy magazines such as Paris Vogue, Polish Playboy, Russian Playboy, Greek Playboy, German Playboy, Croatian Playboy, Italian Panorama, French Monde, British Guardian, and others. These publications featured the work of renowned photographers such as Daniel Lorie, Peter Lindbergh, and David LaChapelle. The photographs of Olga Rodionova were hailed as masterpieces of photography by true connoisseurs of the art form.
In 2009, the legendary Cologne publisher Benedikt Taschen, known for producing high-quality art albums, released "The Book Of Olga," an art book featuring photographs taken by renowned French photographer and artist Bettina Rheims. The book garnered attention from photography and art enthusiasts, as well as those interested in global politics and culture. It had a limited edition release and was only available in Europe. Additionally, the photographs from this collection were exhibited separately at solo exhibitions by the photographer. One exhibition took place before the book's publication at the Centre Forma in Milan in 2008. The final photo exhibition featuring these images took place at the European Center for Photography in Paris in 2016. The photoshoot was a resounding success in Europe, although most of the profits from book sales went to Benedict Taschen, the owner of the publishing house.
In 2010, the popular Russian television host Ksenia Sobchak spoke negatively about both "The Book Of Olga" and Olga Rodionova's work and image. The model could not tolerate the insults and filed a lawsuit against Ksenia. Furthermore, the model brought legal action against the organizers of the event where these remarks were made and the media outlets that published Sobchak's words.
However, Olga clarified that it was not a personal war against the TV host but a principled fight against rudeness. This legal case set a precedent, demonstrating that even popular public figures are responsible for their offensive words. Olga Rodionova won a settlement of $20,000, which she donated to friends affected by the Syrian conflict.
In 2012, the renowned "The Book Of Olga" received a sequel. The publishing house Taschen released a second album titled "The Story of Olga." The photographs for this new book were taken by the globally acclaimed photographer Ellen von Unwerth. Additionally, in 2013, a photo exhibition featuring the images used in the book opened in Berlin at the CWC GALLERY.
Film Career
Olga Rodionova's childhood dream of becoming an actress came true in 2002 when she made her screen debut in a cameo role in the film "Villisy." Her successful start led to further opportunities, and in the same year, she appeared in the melodrama "Society Chronicles," portraying the character Inna Bragina.
From that point on, Olga Rodionova's film career progressed quite successfully. In 2003, she appeared in four films: "Peaches and Peppers," "Courtesan Stories," "The Fifth Angel," and "Totizator." Russian director Vsevolod Plotkin entrusted Rodionova with a leading role in his detective series "Chemist," where she acted alongside stars of Russian cinema such as Igor Kostolevsky, Egor Beroev, and Vasily Shlykov. One of her recent notable projects was the thriller film "Mission: Prophet" in which she starred alongside Hollywood actor Eric Roberts.
She also tried her hand at being a television host, hosting the talk show "Price of the Question."
Personal Life
Olga Rodionova met her future husband, Sergey Rodionov, at the Central Bank, where she worked after her unsuccessful attempt to enter a law school. Sergey Rodionov was the deputy chairman of the Central Bank, and at the time of Olga's employment, he was in the process of leaving his position. As Sergey later confessed, it was love at first sight. He often visited her place of work just to catch a glimpse of the beautiful young woman.
Their romance soon blossomed into a genuine love, and at the age of 19, Olga decided to live with the 32-year-old Sergey, even though her parents did not initially approve. She made it clear to her parents that she would be with this person, regardless of their wishes. Eventually, they allowed their daughter to be with Sergey. In 1994, the couple started living together, and two years later, they welcomed their daughter Anastasia. They officially married in 2000.
In 2008, Olga Rodionova began learning the Arabic language, believing that there is a future for her in this language. Although she later discontinued her studies, she got a tattoo with Arabic calligraphy that reads, "In Paradise without people, it will be empty." In an interview, she jokingly mentioned that her religious beliefs align with "The Matrix." Although Olga does not consider herself a Muslim, she feels a connection to Islamic concepts.
Current Endeavors
Today, Olga Rodionova has not posed nude for provocative photoshoots for over five years and no longer resides in Russia. She has almost vanished from the paparazzi radar and does not actively promote her own Instagram page like other celebrities.
In early 2018, SNC conducted an interview with the photo model in Amsterdam, where Olga reminisced about the most memorable moments of her biography and explained why she made significant changes to her lifestyle.
According to Olga Rodionova, the decision to stop posing in nude photoshoots was not due to changes in her appearance but rather a shift in her status and self-esteem. During her last photoshoot of that nature, the production team treated her disrespectfully, and Olga realized that she no longer wanted or was willing to tolerate such treatment, even for a thousand dollars a day, which erotic photoshoots brought her.
Instead, the photo model returned to the business world. Olga Rodionova opened a boutique for the niche brand "Vivienne Westwood," with which she had previously worked while living in Moscow. This time, the store was established in Amsterdam.
