Rezo Esadze was a renowned Georgian film director and screenwriter. He was born in Georgia and made a significant contribution to the Georgian film industry. Respected across the country, he was honored with the title of Honored Artist of the Georgian SSR in 1979. His daughter, Nino Abeishvili, went on to become a member of the Israeli Knesset.
