Biography of Peter Scott-Morgan

Peter Scott-Morgan is a British-American scientist, writer, and consultant who claims to possess the "unwritten rules of the game" that allow him to understand the principles of any serious organization. His expertise in the hidden and lesser-known aspects of various organizations and society as a whole has made him sought after by representatives of major companies and even government employees.

Scott-Morgan was born in London, United Kingdom, and obtained his first doctoral degree in robotics. Shortly after, he secured a position in the consulting group "Arthur D. Little," where he developed a unique methodology for analyzing the true motives and causes behind the behavior of complex communities and organizations. Interestingly, Scott-Morgan developed this methodology based on materials from his own doctoral research, combining precise sciences such as cybernetics with sociology, economics, and political science.

In the early 90s, "Arthur D. Little" began publishing articles on the successful application of Scott-Morgan's techniques in practice. Former colleagues of Peter often recalled two particularly successful experiences using Morgan's ideas for "Philips Consumer Electronics" and the Argentine national oil company, "YPF." In 1992, a former leader of one of the divisions of "British Petroleum" admitted that his company owed several unique insights into the so-called "unwritten rules of the game" to Peter Scott-Morgan. "BP" thoroughly tested Scott-Morgan's theories and confirmed their absolute correctness.

By 1994, Scott-Morgan had moved to Cambridge, Massachusetts, where he honed his techniques almost to perfection. His developments helped numerous large companies worldwide, and his book "The Unwritten Rules of the Game" became a bestseller. By 2007, Peter no longer worked for any well-known organization and actively focused on further developing his research. At this stage, he became interested in global systemic issues. Scott-Morgan regularly published the results of his research and described them in lectures, contributing over 100 articles and approximately 1000 speeches, presentations, and workshops.

In addition to his research and writing, Peter Scott-Morgan has had the opportunity to speak at the World Economic Forum, the US Congress, and the leadership of several well-known companies and organizations. The names of his clients are kept secret, except for a few companies that officially confirmed their collaboration with Scott-Morgan before 1993. Interestingly, he has been sought after by the governments of several countries as well.

Since 1979, Peter Scott-Morgan has been in a relationship with Francis. In 1991, the partners officially combined their surnames. In 1993, Peter and Francis achieved an important precedent by obtaining official permission for unrestricted and independent travel in and out of the country. This decision was not hindered by their gender or the fact that they were not legally married. Currently, Francis and Peter are both citizens of Britain and naturalized citizens of the USA. In 2005, Peter and Francis Scott-Morgan became one of the first same-sex civil partnership couples to be legally married in England.
