Early Life and Literary Beginnings
Born in 1970 in Yevpatoria, Ukraine, Prytuliak demonstrated an early passion for writing, composing poetry from the tender age of seven. His grandfather, recognizing his potential, submitted one of his poems to the local newspaper, "Yevpatoriyskaya Zdravnitza," where it was published, marking the beginning of his literary journey.
Literary Expansion
As Prytuliak's literary pursuits continued, his work found its way into numerous publications, including "Slava Sevastopolya," "Krymskaya Svetlitsa," "Bregi Tavridi," and Russian literary journals such as "Krai Gorodov" and "Yuzhnaya Zvezda." His literary endeavors extended beyond his native Ukrainian and Russian languages to include Crimean Tatar and Turkish.
Connection to Crimean Tatar Culture
Upon relocating to the village of Prokhladnoe in the Bakhchisarai district, Prytuliak encountered a predominantly Crimean Tatar population, sparking his interest in their culture and language. This immersion led him to translate works by Crimean Tatar poets and explore Turkish literary classics.
