Biography of Polina Petrenko

Polina Petrenko is the daughter of actor Alexei Petrenko. She currently lives in Germany with her mother, Alla, who is Alexei's first wife. They learned about Alexei's new marriage to an Uzbek woman named Azima from journalists in 2010. Alexei had kept this relationship a secret from the public, although they had a daughter together four years prior. Polina had no knowledge of her half-sister until recently.

Polina works in social services, while her 19-year-old daughter, Anastasia, is finishing school this year. Anastasia has two dreams - to work in the film industry and to meet her grandfather. They haven't seen each other in almost 11 years. Anastasia made a plea to her grandfather through a video camera, asking him to visit them or invite her to Moscow because she is curious about the kind of person he is.

Early Life

Polina Petrenko was raised by her father, Alexei Petrenko, in a strict household. She had a difficult relationship with her mother, Alla, who she claims would threaten to tell her father about her behavior. They lived in a communal apartment in Leningrad. Polina's father would often ask her about her behavior at school and come up with activities that she found uncomfortable. Despite this strict upbringing, Polina always knew that her father loved her, although he rarely expressed it verbally.

Marriage and Divorce

Polina married actor Alexei Polyuan, known for his role in "Cargo 200". She tried her hand at amateur theater, wrote songs, and appeared in films such as "Dear, Beloved, Only" and "The Intruder". However, her career did not take off as she had hoped.

Her relationship with her father became complicated and strained over time. He expressed disappointment in her lack of success and even congratulated her on her 45th birthday, saying that she had achieved nothing to be proud of. Their relationship deteriorated further when Polina decided to return to live with her mother in Leningrad.

Later in life, Polina's husband, Alexei Polyuan, struggled with drug addiction. She tried to help him by arranging for him to go to Israel for treatment, but he demanded money that they couldn't provide. He eventually passed away, leaving behind a new girlfriend who sold his apartment for two million rubles.

Life in Germany

After her husband's death, Polina and her daughter moved to Germany. Her relationship with her father remained complicated, but they continued to communicate over the phone. Polina wishes him good health and success in his career, as she knows that acting is his true passion. She also expresses a desire to visit Moscow to visit the graves of her grandparents, who are buried there.
