Early Life and Club Career
Radomir Vukčević was born in Knin, Yugoslavia, and began his football career with Dinara Knin. In 1963, he joined the renowned Hajduk Split, where he spent the majority of his playing days.
With Hajduk Split, Vukčević won the Yugoslav First League title in the 1970/71 season and secured the Yugoslav Cup triumph in 1966/67. He accumulated 182 appearances in the First League for Hajduk.
International Career
Vukčević made his debut for the Yugoslav national team on November 1, 1967, in a friendly match against the Netherlands in Rotterdam. He earned a total of nine caps for Yugoslavia, conceding five goals during his international career.
In 1968, Vukčević was part of the Yugoslav squad that finished as runners-up at the European Championship. However, he did not play any matches in the tournament.
Transfer to France and Retirement
Seeking a new challenge, Vukčević joined French Division 2 club Ajaccio in the summer of 1973. He hung up his boots in 1975, concluding his football journey in the French league.
