Childhood and Early Football Career
Born in Azerbaijan, the young footballer began his journey in 1990 by joining the youth club FC Metallurg in Ganja. From 1996 to 1999, he honed his skills at the Ganjlik youth academy in Baku. Upon graduating from the Azerbaijan State Academy of Physical Culture, he embarked on his professional football career.
Professional Club Career
At the age of 17, he joined the reserve team of Dynamo Baku, which competed in the Azerbaijani Premier League. In 2002, he was promoted to the first team. His military service interrupted his career from 2005 to 2006, during which he played for CSKA Baku. Following his service, he returned to Dynamo, which had been renamed as Baku.
From 2007 to 2008, he played for Neftchi Baku, and in 2008-2009, he once again represented Baku. In 2009, he transferred to Khazar Lankaran, and in 2011, he played for Ganja.
Ravan FC and Later Years
Since mid-2011, he has primarily played for Ravan FC, with a brief break.
International Career
The player made his debut for the Azerbaijani national team in 2006. His official debut came in a 2007 European Championship qualifier against Poland in Baku. He also represented Azerbaijan's U-21 Olympic team.
Personal Life
The player has a close-knit family of four, including his mother and two sisters. He is married with a daughter.
