Her first significant appearance on television was in the series Law and Order, and prior to that, she had a role in one episode of the series Superboy. This was followed by roles in Chain of Desire and then the lead role in Father Hood with Patrick Swayze. Currently, Sabrina Lloyd resides in New York.

Audition for "Sliders"

In 1995, Sabrina auditioned for the role of Wade Wells in the first episode of "Sliders". Her fellow actresses were already quite notable and well-known, and the creators of the series wanted to cast a pretty girl in the style of "Melrose Place" for this role. However, there was something about Sabrina that caught the attention of producers Tracy Tormé and Robert K. Weiss. Thus, Sabrina got the role. Wade was supposed to be a brave and resourceful heroine. Despite being the only girl in the group, Wells broke the female television stereotype. She was stubborn and determined, often jumping into adventures and danger before the men. But Sabrina felt that this role was not to her liking. She realized that the writers had put too little effort into creating the character of Wade. When filming resumed, Sabrina decided to ask the authors to change her character's personality and add more romance to "Sliders". The request was granted, and romance became an integral part of the series.

Sabrina put in tremendous effort to create her character, and the writers made her a distinct contrast to Professor Arturo.
