By 1997, he had been appointed Vice President of Marketing Operations, overseeing operations across CCC's global locations.

He serves as a board member for organizations such as the Peace Works Foundation, Tufts University, and the International Pipeline Offshore Contractors. Khoury is also an Honorary Trustee of the Aspen Institute and a member of the Middle East Strategy commercial group. Additionally, he co-chairs the Welfare Association and serves on the board of the Center for Contemporary Arab Studies.
