Early Life and Military Service

General-Major of Militia Salih was born on January 17, 1927, in Margilan, Uzbek SSR. He embarked on his military career at the age of 18, when World War II broke out. A decorated veteran, he was awarded the Order of the Patriotic War during the conflict.

Militia Career

After the war, Salih joined the militia in 1950, serving as a Major in the Fergana region. In 1967, he was appointed General-Major for the Fergana region. He later assumed the same role in the Khorezm region from 1975 to 1984.
