Sarah Beth Lancaster, an American actress, was born on February 12, 1980, in Overland Park, Kansas. Her mother, Barbara, was a homemaker, and her father, Michael, worked as a real estate agent. Eventually, her father's job led the whole family, including her younger brother Daniel, to California, where Sarah began taking acting classes from R.J. Adams, a renowned documentary filmmaker and radio host.

Early Career
Lancaster's talents were discovered by a talent scout, which led to her first recurring role in the series 'Saved by the Bell: The New Class' in 1993. While on set, Sarah simultaneously attended courses to enroll in college at the University of California to expedite her high school graduation. After completing part of her high school education at Newhart High School, she moved to Los Angeles, focusing on further developing her acting career.
