Sean Lennon, a musician and the son of John Lennon, was born on October 9, 1975, in the city that never sleeps, New York City, USA. He was the son of John Lennon and Yoko Ono. Until 1980, Sean was raised by his father, who deeply loved his little boy. However, that year became fateful as his father was tragically killed.

Sean received his education at one of the most exclusive boarding schools in Switzerland, Institut Le Rosey, known for its notable alumni such as Prince Edward, King Albert II of Belgium, and many others. Prior to that, he attended the Ethical Culture Fieldston School and the prestigious Dalton Schools in New York. Later, he enrolled at Columbia University but dropped out after three semesters to pursue his musical career.

In 1981, Sean showcased his vocal abilities for the first time on his mother Yoko Ono's album "Season of Glass". A few years later, in 1984, at the age of nine, he performed the popular song "It's Alright" on Yoko Ono's album "Every Man Has A Woman".
