Early Career

Sebastian Giovinco, an Italian footballer, began his career as a promising midfielder. At age 14, he joined the youth academy of Juventus, where he showcased his exceptional dribbling skills and speed despite his diminutive stature. Giovinco's talents shone through in the Campionato Primavera, a youth tournament, which he won with Juventus in the 2005/2006 season.

Professional Debut and Empoli Loan

Giovinco made his professional debut for Juventus in May 2007 against Bologna. Despite being a substitute, he marked the occasion with an assist for David Trezeguet. In 2007, he was sent on loan to Empoli, where he netted his first Serie A goal against Palermo.

Parma Loan and Buyout

In August 2010, Giovinco joined Parma on loan. His impressive performances convinced Parma to activate their option to purchase half of his rights in June 2011.

International Career

Giovinco represented Italy at various youth levels before earning his senior international debut in February 2011 against Germany.
