Early AccomplishmentsSebastian Samuelsson, a Swedish biathlete, began his journey at the XII European Youth Olympic Winter Festival (EYOF) in January 2015. He emerged victorious in the pursuit race and placed second in the sprint.
Professional Debut
Samuelsson launched his professional career in the 2015/16 IBU Cup season. The following season, he made his debut at the World Cup level. At the 2018 Winter Olympics, Samuelsson achieved his maiden Olympic medal. In the pursuit race on February 12, 2018, he claimed the silver medal, having finished 14th in the sprint the day before. He also placed fourth in the individual race on February 15.
