Lugovskiy completed his secondary education at School No. 171 in Minsk. After graduating, he enrolled in the Minsk State College of Arts. During his time in college, from 1999 to 2000, Lugovskiy had to balance his studies with work at McDonald's restaurant on Nemiga Street.

In addition to his studies and job at McDonald's, Lugovskiy also worked as a sound engineer, correspondent, and host at FM radio stations "Stil" and later "Stalitsa" from 1997 to 1998.
