Independent Presidential Candidate: Serhiy Nosneko
Serhiy Nosneko, the Senior Managing Director of International Investment Partners Ukraine LLC, has officially registered as a self-nominated presidential candidate in Ukraine.
Early Life and Education
Born on September 28, 1969, in Kyiv, Nosneko holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and Automated Design Systems from the National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" (1992). He later earned another Master's degree in International Economic Relations Management from the Ukrainian Academy of Foreign Trade (2001).
Professional Career
Nosneko has spent his career in international companies. From 1994 to 2011, he worked for the international financial holding Coris Group (France). He subsequently joined International Investment Partners, a US-headquartered investment firm specializing in strategic and financial consulting, investment banking, and crisis management. In the European division, Nosneko advanced to the role of Senior Managing Director.
Political Platform
Nosneko's campaign focuses on the principles of economic and personal freedom, opportunity, and fair competition. His main proposals include:

Nosneko is a founding member of the "Rozvytok" (Development) public organization, promoting the consolidation of right-wing Ukrainian economists and developing comprehensive reform strategies. He is also the founder of the "Serhiy Nosneko Osnova Charity Foundation."
Assets and Income
Nosneko owns two land plots in Neshcherove and Kozin (Kyiv Oblast). He and his family jointly own a 168-square-meter apartment in Kyiv, purchased in 2005. Nosneko also owns a 38.7-square-meter apartment in Kyiv. He owns three luxury vehicles: two Land Rovers and a Porsche Cayenne, while his wife owns another Porsche Cayenne.
Nosneko earned 7.5 million hryvnia in 2017 as Senior Managing Director of International Investment Partners. His wife earned 38,400 hryvnia from her work at Smile Holding Ukraine LLC.
