The Life of Shivanath and Shivram Sahu
Shivanath and Shivram Sahu are Indian brothers who were born conjoined twins. They have lived their entire lives together, as they are joined at the waist. Despite sharing two legs, a pair of lungs, two hearts, one stomach, four arms, and, of course, two heads, the twins have different thoughts and personalities.

A Unique Bond
Surprisingly, Shivanath and Shivram have not grown tired of each other. When the topic of separation surgery arose, both brothers firmly stated that they did not want to be separated. They even expressed that they never wanted to be separated in the future and intended to spend their entire lives as they are. Although some conjoined twins cannot be operated on without endangering one of their lives, doctors believe that it is possible to separate this particular pair.

A Normal Life
Shivanath and Shivram lead relatively normal lives, as much as possible. They excel in their studies, rarely argue, and help each other in every way. They ride bicycles to school, although walking and maintaining balance is difficult for them. Therefore, they often move using their two legs and four arms, which is more convenient and faster for them. They enjoy spending time outdoors, often playing cricket.

A Supportive Father
Their father, Raj Kumar, who is 45 years old, shares stories of his sons' incredible adaptability. If one of them wants to go somewhere while the other wants to relax on the couch, they always find a compromise and give in to each other without quarreling. Raj Kumar agrees with his sons and does not insist on surgical intervention. He believes that if God created them as conjoined twins, they should remain as such. However, doctors have a different opinion and foresee potential problems as the boys grow older.

Uncertain Future
Currently, at the age of 12, Shivanath and Shivram share similar interests. However, there is a possibility that as they both get older, they may want to spend time alone. If this happens, the operation could become riskier than it would have been in their childhood. Nevertheless, Shivanath and Shivram stand firm in their decision - they are content with their lives and do not need any surgery. Their father prays that his sons will not face insurmountable challenges in the future. In the meantime, the twins continue to spend all their time together, caring for each other, and assuring everyone that they feel wonderful.
