Biography of Silvia Pfeifer
Silvia Escobar Pfeifer, born on February 24, 1958, in Porto Alegre, Brazil, is a Brazilian actress and top model, standing at a height of 185 cm. She was born in a city located on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean in southern Brazil. At the age of 14, without finishing school, she moved to Rio de Janeiro. With her striking looks, she entered the modeling industry, receiving invitations from fashion houses such as Coco Chanel, Giorgio Armani, and Christian Dior.
However, at a certain point, Silvia made the decision to leave the modeling business. She took acting lessons and two years later, she made her debut in her first film. In 1990, she simultaneously appeared in the mini-series "Scanty Life" and played a role in the 173-episode telenovela "My Love, My Sadness" (Isadora Venturini). In 1993, she was offered the leading role of the seductive beauty Leticia in the TV series "Tropikanca". She then starred in the series "Fatal Legacy" (1996, Lea Berdinacio), which became a favorite of the actress. In the series "Babylon Tower," she played the role of a lesbian named Leila Sampaiu, which caused some shock among advertisers who feared a boycott by some conservative citizens. In late 1999, the actress appeared in the series "Uga Uga," where she played the vibrant and interesting role of Victoria.
