Biography of Simon Sinek

Simon Sinek is a renowned motivational speaker and author, known for his expertise in leadership and goal achievement. He is the creator of the concept of inspiring leadership, known as the "Golden Circle," which he claims is followed by all successful global companies and business leaders. The Golden Circle is a simple diagram consisting of three concentric circles with the words "why," "how," and "what" within them. According to Sinek, the most successful leaders and companies are those who know precisely what they do, how they do it, and why or for what purpose.
