Sky Woodward - A British Stunt Rider

Sky Woodward, a British stunt rider, has never been to a Russian village and is unlikely to ever enter a burning hut; however, she has no problem stopping horses in full gallop. Sky is one of the most outstanding stunt riders in the country, and her achievements are even more impressive considering she is only 11 years old. It is believed that mastering new sports is easiest at a young age; therefore, future professional gymnasts and swimmers start their training at the age of 3-4. British rider Sky Woodward is living proof that a young child is fully capable of mastering tricks that would astound adults. Despite not practicing gymnastics, Sky incorporates certain acrobatic elements into her work. At just 11 years old, she is one of the most well-known stunt riders in the country. This daring schoolgirl excels in the secrets of the stunt trade and performs unbelievable tricks on horseback. Sky's performances are regularly held throughout the country and traditionally receive great success. Woodward has also worked outside of the UK. Her troupe successfully toured Europe, and her impressive results have already attracted the attention of representatives from the film industry. Sky has had roles in two major films, working alongside Nicolas Cage on the set of "Season of the Witch." Sky first sat on a horse when she was just three days old; it was her mother Amy who decided to teach her how to ride. The result exceeded all expectations; however, this is not surprising considering that Woodward began riding before she learned to walk. At the age of two, she received her first pony, Jessica. Since then, Sky has had several horses, but her favorite and most beloved companion is the pony named Mischief. It was with this pony that Woodward learned how to properly handle horses and also appeared in "The Story of Ted." Working with horses requires tremendous dedication, and riding requires complete self-sacrifice, just like any other work with animals. However, Woodward never complains; her horses have become like family to her, and she would never trade the opportunity to communicate with them for anything in the world. Currently, Sky continues to train actively. To maintain her fitness, she practices gymnastics, swimming, and even martial arts. Of course, she also spends a lot of time at the racetrack, which, however, is no longer seen as work for her, but rather the best of possible entertainments.
