Sophie King: A Journey to Health and Happiness
Sophie King, a 26-year-old British school teacher and blogger, has developed and completed her own program called "100 Healthy Days". Can one truly transform their life in just 100 days? Burdened with serious health and weight issues, Sophie decided to put her own formula for success to the test. What came out of it? How many people followed her journey on her blog? And what does she plan to share with her readers in the future?

A Teenager's Struggles
Sophie King, a school teacher from Newquay, Cornwall, has always strived to stay fit during her teenage years. At the age of 17, she suffered a ligament tear in her ankle while playing sports. This injury made her less active and she started gaining weight. However, that was just the beginning of her troubles. She had plans to continue her education at Durham University, but a serious viral infection, glandular fever, disrupted her plans. She spent nine months in and out of the hospital, battling leg abscesses. During this time, her weight continued to increase, reaching a dangerous threshold of 90 kg. Sophie says, "The nine months of hell with the abscesses became a call to action for me. I moved to Cornwall because I wanted to be in a place where I could enjoy the outdoors and become healthier and healthier."

The Birth of the Blog
Sophie started her blog to document the incredible transformation her body underwent during an amazing 100-day program she created, called "100 Healthy Days". She decided to forgo any weight loss supplements or pills and instead focused on a healthy, balanced diet combined with daily workouts. Over the course of three months, she regularly posted photos on her blog showcasing her food choices and lifestyle. Her journey became so captivating that over 10,000 internet users followed the developments on her blog.

Success and Beyond
Upon completing her "100 Healthy Days" program, Sophie posted a bikini photo to demonstrate the incredible results she achieved. In just 100 days, she lost over 30 kg! Sophie says, "I approached my health more consciously, and this challenge became something I could share with others. A lot has changed in the past hundred days. It may not seem like a long time, but you can accomplish so much in that time. My physique has improved, I feel healthier, and much more confident."
The Journey Continues
Despite completing her program, Sophie decided to continue her blog, which still garners thousands of readers who leave comments and make requests. Additionally, the British woman, who rediscovered her love for sports, now raises funds for the Royal National Lifeboat Institution, a charity dedicated to rescuing lives at sea. Sophie managed to raise funds through her participation in events like the "Big Swim Cornwall" and "Castle 2 Castle Swim".
A New Focus
Sophie announced that her blog, which previously focused solely on nutrition and fitness, will soon start covering topics related to maintaining a healthy mind, positive thinking, and leading a fulfilling life. She adds, "So many people have said they don't want me to stop, and I feel like I should keep going. I have received so much amazing feedback." By the way, since moving to Cornwall, Sophie has also conquered her fear of swimming in the sea. She now regularly enjoys the waves. After ten years of not running, she now finds it no problem to complete a 10 km run. Sophie also revealed her interest in trying triathlons, a completely new world that she discovered thanks to her perseverance. She concludes, "The essence is to take a small step every day. By the end of the hundredth day, you become an entirely new person."
