Early Life and Education

Born in the Belarusian village of Svoboda on November 24, 1946, the future machine-building expert would embark on a life that would be marked by academic excellence and professional achievements. In 1953, he relocated to the Tatarovka settlement in the Osipovichsky district.

He received his primary education at Татарovka Secondary School from 1954 to 1965. His academic pursuits were briefly interrupted by his military service from 1965 to 1968 and again from 1972 to 1974. During his time in the armed forces, he held the rank of senior lieutenant and served as a platoon commander and deputy company commander.

Professional Career

Upon completing his military service, he began his professional career as a driver-tester at the Minsk Automobile Plant in 1968. He held this position until 1972 before returning to the plant in 1974 after a brief absence. He worked at the Minsk Automobile Plant for over four decades, until his retirement in 2016.

Awards and Honors

Throughout his career, the Belarusian machine-building worker received numerous awards and honors in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the field. In 1981, he was bestowed with the Order of Friendship of Peoples, followed by the Honorary Diploma of the Supreme Soviet of the Byelorussian SSR in 1984.

The pinnacle of his professional recognition came in 1985 when he was awarded the State Prize of the USSR for his exceptional achievements in labor and his significant contributions to increasing production and enhancing the quality of manufactured automobiles, tractors, and agricultural machinery. In 1989, he received the Honorary Diploma of the Minsk City Committee of the Communist Party of Belarus and the Minsk City Council of People's Deputies.
