Education and Background
In 1977, Aleksandr Rakov graduated from the Moscow Institute of Municipal Services and Construction without leaving his job. In 1991, he obtained a degree in Management from the Academy of National Economy.
Career at Mosvodokanal
Rakov began his career at Mosvodokanal in 1971 as a plumber in emergency repair services. Over the years, he rose through the ranks, culminating in his appointment as General Director in 1987.
