Stephen Spinella, an American participant in various talk shows and a well-known actor, was born on October 11, 1956 in Italy. His father served in the United States Navy as an aircraft mechanic. Stephen grew up and received his education in Glendale, Arizona. Even then, he was one of the brightest school actors, capable of portraying a variety of characters on stage.

Education and Early Career
Stephen Spinella graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Dramatic Arts. Shortly after, he enrolled in New York University where he met the aspiring playwright Tony Kushner. It was Kushner who, after closely observing Spinella within the university walls, offered him a role in his production of "The Age of Assassins."
Acting Career
Stephen Spinella made his first appearance on television in 1993, portraying a dying AIDS patient in the film "And the Band Played On." He has since participated in various stage productions, including "Angels in America: Millennium Approaches" in 1993, "Angels in America: Perestroika" in November of the same year, "A View from the Bridge" in December 1997, "Electra" in 1998, "James Joyce's The Dead" in 2000, and "Our Town" in 2003.
Film Career
Stephen Spinella has also appeared in several films throughout his career. Some of his early works include roles in "Virtuosity," "Faithful," "Tarantella," "The Jackal," "David Searching," "Love!
