Steve Forbes is an American editor, publisher, businessman, and politician. He currently serves as the editor-in-chief of the popular business magazine 'Forbes' and is the president and CEO of Forbes Inc, the publishing company. Born in Morristown, New Jersey, Steve is the son of Malcolm Forbes, the previous publisher of Forbes magazine, and the grandson of Bertie Charles Forbes, the founder of the publishing conglomerate.

Steve Forbes was born to Roberta Remsen and Malcolm Forbes. He has a diverse heritage with English, Scottish, French, and Dutch ancestry. After completing high school in North Andover, Massachusetts, he went on to attend Princeton University. It was during his time at Princeton that Forbes founded his first magazine, 'Business Today.' Initially started by three students, the publication has now become the largest student-run print publication in the world.

Steve Forbes's political career began in 1985 when he was appointed by President Ronald Reagan to the Board of International Broadcasting.
