Early Life and Acting Career

Svetlana Sukhoverkhova was born on October 26, 1952, in Mozyr, Belarus. She began her acting career in 1967, playing the role of Dunyasha in the film "Babye Tsarstvo." In 1973, she graduated from the Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography (VGIK) under the mentorship of Igor Talankin.
