Early Life and EducationTami Sheffield, born on July 27, 1974, in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from West Chester University, where she graduated with honors. Her academic pursuits were complemented by 12 years as a cheerleader, including four years in college as a member of the Phi Sigma Sigma sorority. During one semester, she studied abroad at Fresno State University.

Sheffield's acting debut came in 1999 with David Michael Latt's thriller "Wildflower" and Brian Thomas Jones' action film "Slammed" in 2001. She also starred in Jim Wynorski's horror flick "Cheerleader Massacre," the comedy "The Deviants," and "Black Tie Nights." Her filmography includes "Do It for Uncle Manny," "The Sting," "Destiny," "Nudity Required," "Intolerable Cruelty," "Thunderdome," "Uh Oh!," "Scarecrow Slayer," "Demon of Vengeance," and Stefan Marc's comedy "Dating Games People Play," in which she played Tiffany.
Television Host
Sheffield hosted two record-breaking video specials of "Lingerie Bowls," showcasing the hottest and fittest female models competing in football. In 2003, she won NBC's "Fear Factor."
