Early Life and Education
Natalia Vasylivna Chaus was born on January 13, 1954, in the village of Berezivka Luka, Poltava Oblast, Ukraine. In 1973, she graduated from Poltava Agricultural College. She later pursued higher education at the Agronomy Faculty of Poltava Agricultural Institute, graduating with a degree in Agronomy in 1982.
Rising Through the Ranks
Chaus began her career in 1973 as an agricultural chemist for the "Mayak" collective farm. From 1983 to 1986, she served as the chief agronomist of the same farm.
Leadership of "Mayak"
In 1987, Chaus took over the leadership of "Mayak," which was renamed as "Agrofirm Mayak" in 2004. Under her guidance, the enterprise became one of the leading agricultural producers in Poltava Oblast.
Political Involvement
In April 2010, Chaus was appointed head of the Kotielva District State Administration, demonstrating her role beyond the realm of agriculture.
