He earned an honorary bachelor's degree in science and art from the first institution and a prestigious MBA degree from the second.

Early Career

Marsico began his career in 1979 when he started working at Boettcher & Co. In 1986, he joined another company and worked there until 1997, during which he started contemplating starting his own business.

Establishing Marsico Capital

In 1997, Marsico founded Marsico Capital. Currently, the billionaire holds significant stakes in organizations such as UnitedHealth Group, Wynn Resorts, and Goldman Sachs.
