Biography of Tina Hermann
German skeleton racer, three-time world champion, junior world champion (2010), and winner of the 2015/16 World Cup. Tina Hermann began her career in skeleton in 2007. She made her international debut at the European Cup in December 2008. In 2010, she became the junior world champion.
At the 2015 World Championships in Winterberg, Tina Hermann became the world champion in the mixed team competition. In 2016, she won gold in both the mixed team competition and the women's event at the World Championships in Igls. She also achieved second place in the women's competition at the 2016 European Championships in St. Moritz, losing to Janine Flock from Austria.
Tina Hermann conquered the World Cup 2015/16, finishing first on five occasions out of eight stages. She also secured second place twice and fourth place once.
