Early Life and Education
Todd Bracher was born in New York City in 1974. With a passion for design, he pursued a degree in Industrial Design from the prestigious Pratt Institute in New York, graduating with honors.
Apprenticeship and Influence
After completing his studies, Bracher worked as a design consultant for several New York firms. In his early twenties, he embarked on a life-changing journey to Copenhagen, Denmark, renowned for its iconic designers Arne Jacobsen and Poul Kjærholm. Bracher's immersion in Scandinavian design profoundly influenced his creative approach.
Establishing His Studio
Upon returning from Copenhagen, Bracher founded his own studio in Milan and co-founded the to22 project. He subsequently worked in Paris and London before establishing a permanent base in New York City.
