Early Life and Career

Born into a family of impoverished peasants, Turdakun Usubaliev embarked on his labor journey as a farmhand. In 1926, he became a railway worker and later a miner in the Kyzil-Kiya шахты.

Political Ascension

In 1934, Usubaliev ascended to the position of chairman of the mine's ore committee. His political career flourished in 1938 when he became Deputy Chairman of the Kyzyl-Kiya City Council and subsequently Deputy Director of the "Kirgizugol" Trust.

Head of Government and Parliament

From 1938 to 1945, Usubaliev served as Chairman of the Council of People's Commissars of the Kyrgyz SSR. In 1945, he assumed the position of Chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Kyrgyz SSR, a post he held until 1978. Concurrently, from 1946 onwards, he also served as Deputy Chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR.

Party Affiliations and Accomplishments

Usubaliev was a dedicated member of the Communist Party since 1932. He was elected to the Central Auditing Commission of the CPSU from 1939 to 1981. Throughout his tenure, he represented the Kyrgyz SSR in the Supreme Soviet of the USSR from its 1st to 8th convocations.

Retirement and Honors

In 1978, Usubaliev retired from active politics. His exceptional contributions to the Soviet state were recognized with five Orders of Lenin, the Order of the October Revolution, two other orders, and numerous medals.
