Tyga, whose real name is Michael Ray Nguyen-Stevenson, was born on November 19, 1989, in Compton, California. He comes from a family with Vietnamese and Jamaican roots. Tyga gained attention with his debut single "Coconut Juice," which he recorded with his cousin Travis McCoy.
