Early Life and Education
Born in Istanbul, Kaya Kiral began his educational journey at Bilgi University, where he pursued a degree in Advertising and Public Relations.
Career Beginnings
Kaya Kiral's career in entertainment commenced in 2008. A breakthrough role emerged in 2011 when he landed a part in the youth comedy-drama "Pis Yedili" on Show TV.
Television and Film Success
From "Pis Yedili," Kiral joined the cast of the comedy series "Hareem" on Fox, portraying the character of Feminen Ağa. In 2013, he starred as Omer in TRT 1's "Eski Hikâye" while hosting the competition show "Tam Zamanı." The following year, he presented another competition titled "Takip" on Kanal D.
Kiral gained recognition for his supporting roles in comedies after his performance in TRT 1's "Yedi Güzel Adam," inspired by the life of the poet Adil Erdem Bayazıt. His first leading role was a dramatic one, based on true events.
Return to Comedy and Further Success
From 2015 to 2017, Kiral returned to comedy alongside Berna Koraltürk in the series "Baba Candir," where he played the role of Haluk Güneş. This character became a phenomenon, cementing Kiral's versatility in both drama and comedy. He later hosted the competition show "Kuyruk" on TRT 1.
In 2017, Kiral portrayed Cousin Volki in the series "Klavye Delikanlıları" on Show TV, a role he later reprised in the movie "Çakallarla Dans." Throughout his career, Kiral has continued to appear in successful comedy roles in both film and web series.
Explorations in Drama and Star Roles
Despite his comedic success, Kiral has also ventured into dramatic roles, such as those in the series "Masum Değiliz" and "Ege'nin Hamsisi." Most notably, he starred as the leading man in the Star TV drama "Sefirin Kızı" and the short-form comedy series "Aynen Aynen."
