Born in Boulder, Colorado, Allman attended Silver Creek High School where she excelled in athletics. She continued her academic and sporting pursuits at Stanford University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in product design in 2017. Currently, she is on leave from a Master's program in communication at Stanford to focus on training full-time.
Collegiate Athletics
At Stanford University, Allman made a remarkable impact on the track and field team. She became a seven-time All-American, a testament to her consistent dominance in the discus throw. Her collegiate career was marked by numerous victories and record-breaking performances.
International Success
Allman's talents extended beyond the collegiate level. She represented the United States at the 2017 Summer Universiade, where she claimed a silver medal.
