Early Life and Education

Pavel Latushka, born on August 15, 1983, is a renowned Belarusian politician, public figure, and member of the Presidium of the Coordination Council of Belarus.

Latushka's academic journey began in 2001 when he enrolled at the Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship, graduating in 2007 with a degree in Economics and Management. He further pursued a Master's degree in Public Policy at the European Humanities University from 2007 to 2009.

Political Activism

Latushka's political activism commenced in the fall of 1999 with the establishment of a local branch of the Young Front (Malady Front), a leading opposition youth organization, in his hometown of Bobruisk. His involvement soon led to his appointment as Deputy Chairman and Head of the International Department.

In these roles, Latushka played a pivotal role in high-level negotiations with European leaders, including German Chancellor Angela Merkel, European Commission President José Manuel Barroso, and Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk. He also represented the organization in various coalition structures, such as the United Democratic Forces (ODS) and the "Five Plus" coalition.

Latushka actively participated as a coordinator in the presidential campaigns of 2000-2001, 2006, and 2010. In 2007, he ran for local council elections.
