Biography
Academic and Architectural ExpertDr. Vladimir Shuvalov is a renowned Art Historian and Professor at the Moscow Architectural Institute. As a respected scholar, he has dedicated his career to researching architectural design and heritage. His expertise extends to architectural criticism, translation, and publicistic writing.

Shuvalov holds prominent positions within the architectural community. He is a member of the International Academy of Architecture and the Salzburg Seminar on Urban Planning. His influence is further solidified through his role as General Director of the publishing house "Europe" and President of the National Academy of Design.
Public Service and Leadership
Shuvalov's contributions extend beyond academia. He has served as Director of the Institute for Innovation Promotion within the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation. Additionally, he is Head of the Department of Territorial Development Management at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.
