Biography of Victoria Bulitko
Victoria Bulitko is a Ukrainian actress, singer, and television personality. She was born and raised in Zaporizhia, Ukraine, in a family of educators. Bulitko completed her education at School No. 23, where she studied in the physics and mathematics class. In 2000, she enrolled in the Theatre Department of Zaporizhia National University, specializing in acting for theatre and film.
Theatre Career
From 2000 to 2008, during her studies at the Theatre Department, Bulitko began working at the Zaporizhia Academic Youth Theatre and performed in 10 plays. In 2008, she moved to Kyiv and started actively appearing in television and film projects. From 2008 to 2016, Bulitko served as an actress in the Kyiv Academic Drama Theatre on Podil.
Dramatic Roles
Although Bulitko gained recognition and acclaim as a comedic actress in television and film, it was in the Kyiv Academic Drama Theatre on Podil that she had the opportunity to showcase her talent in dramatic roles, thanks to the artistic director, Vitaliy Malakhov. In 2010, she starred in the play "Last Summer in Chulimsk" by Alexander Vampilov, where she not only played the lead role but also performed her own composed songs. For her performance in "Last Summer in Chulimsk," Bulitko received the "Kyiv Pectoral" theatre award in 2012 in two categories: "Best Female Role" and "Best Musical Concept of the Play." In 2015, critics also highly praised her portrayal of Veronica in Victor Rozov's play "Eternally Alive."
Comedy and Television Career
Aside from her theatre work, Bulitko formed a duo called "Halva" with her colleague Olga Kiyashko, and they performed at various city STEM festivals, participated in the Mayor's Cup, and attended other KVN (Club of the Merry and Quick-witted) festivals. The duo won the "Golden Rabbit" festival in Yalta three times (2005, 2006, 2007). In 2007, Bulitko and Kiyashko competed in the show "The Last Comedian" on the ICTV channel. In 2010, they participated in the sketch show "Beauties" on Nova channel.
Current Endeavors
Since 2015, Bulitko has been a resident of the comedy group "Dizel Studio." She continues to pursue her acting, singing, and television career, delighting audiences with her versatile performances.
