Early Career

Andriy Zherebtsov is a Ukrainian footballer who plays as a forward. As a youth, he trained at several Kyiv-based clubs, including Dynamo Kyiv, Lokomotiv-MSM-OMIX, Smena-Obolon, and Otradny.

Professional Debut

Zherebtsov began his professional career at Kharkiv-2. He made his debut for Kharkiv's main squad on May 23, 2009, in a match against Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk (4:1). Primarily playing for Kharkiv's reserve team, he scored 11 goals in 64 matches.

Youth International Career

In March 2008, Zherebtsov was called up to the Ukrainian under-21 national team by manager Volodymyr Muntyan for a friendly against Norway. He made his debut on March 26, 2008, in a 1:0 victory, coming on as a substitute in the 65th minute. Zherebtsov also played in two other matches against Germany (4:0) and Belarus (0:0).
