Early Life and Education
Born in Moscow, the poet, songwriter, and performer lived in both Moscow and Minsk. He graduated from Belarusian State University in 1975 with a degree in physics. Inspired by his passion for music, he pursued further studies at the Belarusian State Conservatory, graduating in 1982 with a degree in 6-string guitar.
Music Career
Grigory began writing songs in 1975. In 1979, he achieved recognition by winning the prestigious Grushinsky Festival. His musical journey continued with the release of several albums, including "Autumn Garden" (2005), "Strange Conversation" (2007), "Ignoring the Chime of the Clock" (2010), "Gammas" (2014), and "Game" (2016).
Literary Pursuits
In addition to his music, Grigory published a book of poetry titled "Details" in 2011. His literary work showcased his introspective and poetic nature.
Academic and Professional Experience
Grigory worked as the head of the jazz department at the Minsk Music School. His teaching experience contributed to his passion for sharing his knowledge and inspiring aspiring musicians.
Later Life
In 1993, Grigory relocated to Allentown, Pennsylvania, USA. He continued to write, perform, and share his love of music with the local community.
